Our support plans DO NOT cover:

  • Assistance with customizing stock reports or creating new reports
  • Integration assistance with third party tools, frameworks, databases, or programs
  • Configuration of network, firewalls, routers, ports, anti-virus software, or network user security
  • SQL Server setup, configuration, user managment, or database connection issues
  • Importing data
  • Other issues that do not directly involve the operation of the software
