| All of our products are designed, developed, and supported by our company. When you purchase a license for one of our products, you automatically receive free technical support. This includes technical support e-mail (support@mtcpro.com) and online technical support resources. |

| You also have the option of purchasing a premium technical support policy which is an annual maintenance agreement. This provides: |

Unlimited e-mail technical support. |

Unlimited phone technical support. |
|
 |
Additional 25% discount on major upgrades. |

| The premium technical support pricing is per year and varies based on which product you purchase. |

| Upgrades |
|
| Maintenance upgrades (i.e. 1.01, 1.1, 1.5) are released periodically and, based on customer feedback, provide minor enhancements and correct any bugs reported by our customers. Maintenance upgrades can be accessed and downloaded from the updates page. |

| Major upgrades (i.e. 1.0 to 2.0) add features and significantly enhance the product. If you purchase one of our products and a major upgrade becomes available within 60 days from your purchase date, you are entitled to a free upgrade to the new version. Major upgrades are discounted to all customers with prior versions of the software. Premium support customers receive an additional 25% discount on major upgrades. |
