WHAT’S INCLUDED

The web based application is a subscription service with a per-user, per-month charge which includes ongoing technical support.

 

The desktop application is a one-time purchase which includes 6 months of phone and email support.   Ongoing support plans are optional, or consider the “Annual Support and Upgrade Subscription” which includes ongoing support PLUS you will receive major version upgrades as these are released.  This is the most cost-effective solution to keep current with our latest development.
