Fleet Maintenance Pro and Maintenance Pro have been tested with up to 10,000 vehicles/pieces of equipment. However, since both packages use a database system, there is essentially no limit to the number of items that can be tracked with either.
Auto Maintenance Pro is designed for home use and therefore is designed to track maintenance on a much lesser scale. The Auto Maintenance Pro Standard Edition can track up to 5 vehicles, and the Professional Edition can track up to 10 vehicles.
If your fleet consists mostly of rolling stock (i.e. vehicles, fork lifts, backhoes, trailers, etc.), Fleet Maintenance Pro would be the best choice. If you are tracking home, office, grounds, or facility equipment (i.e. tools, copy machines, machinery, furnaces, elevators, etc.), then Maintenance Pro is your best choice due to its additional flexibility.
Yes. All of our software supports data exporting. You can export data to text files, spreadsheets, HTML, XML, and other formats.
All maintenance upgrades are available free of charge and can be downloaded from our web site. Maintenance upgrades include bug fixes and some enhancements. Upgrades which significantly alter the functionality of the software and/or add several major features will be priced at a 50-80% discount to registered users. Whether or not to upgrade is at the sole discretion of the user.
All of our software will operate efficiently on any pentium based processor. However, we recommend at least the following setup:
