The program is very easy to setup and understand. The support personnel are quick to respond and ensure any issues are solved in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend investing in this software to make your company more proficient in maintenance.
I have been working with computers since the “old days” of key punch cards. (You young folks can look that up on line). And I can honestly tell you I have NEVER had help this good.
The support team has been exceptional, I was a little worried about only having the email support but they respond instantly and if a solution is not provided at the first response they at least let you know that they are working on it.
We have several software programs and you will not find better customer support and technical support … FMP is truly committed to being the best maintenance software!
